🚚 Free standard shipping on all orders over $35

Orders under $35 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not when you place it.

🌎 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to:

  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
  • APO / FPO military addresses
  • International destinations outside the United States

⚠️ Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, check around your property and allow 24–48 hours. If still unresolved, email support@loyoda.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

🏠 Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Loyoda is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you notice an error.
