Before You Reach Out
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, contact us.
How do I start a return?
Email support@loyoda.com with your order number and reason for return. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Are Loyoda products FSA / HSA eligible?
Yes — most Loyoda products are FSA/HSA eligible. You can use your FSA or HSA card directly at checkout. If your card is declined, contact your benefits administrator or email us and we'll provide the documentation you need for reimbursement.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@loyoda.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for defective items.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@loyoda.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order has been picked. If it has already shipped, you can initiate a return once it's delivered.
