We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before shipping anything back.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@loyoda.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team responds within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging and attach the provided return label.
- Ship it back. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Hygiene-related products such as shower chairs and commodes that have been used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
FSA / HSA Purchases
Refunds for FSA/HSA-eligible purchases are returned to your original FSA/HSA payment method. Please retain your receipt for reimbursement records. Contact your benefit administrator with plan-specific questions.
